Have you ever asked yourself, “Which pattern am I working on”? Are you like me and need help tracking your patterns? I know I am forever getting myself confused with my projects! Like right now, I currently have four patterns going at one time. Which hook goes with which project? Which yarn? Aaaahhhh! I have decided that enough is enough! I designed a worksheet to not only help me with keeping up with my current projects but will also help me with what patterns I want to work on next. You know, as I finish a current project.
The project tracker
As soon as I finished designing this little gem, I started writing on it! I will definitely have to print our several pages to fit all of my pattern queues! But this is definitely going into my Crochet Planner Binder! If you haven’t orders yours yet, you have the opportunity to do so when you join my newsletter!
With this tracker, I can keep up with everything I need to know about my current and future projects. Like, where did I get this pattern from? Have you ever felt that way? You buy a pattern and print it out. Then, BAM! You forget who you got it from. I did that with a pattern I made for one of my kids and a friend saw. Yep, you guessed it! She wanted to make it and I could not remember where I got the pattern from. And there wasn’t a website or name on the printable!
What makes this project tracker any good?
Well, I am so glad you asked! This tracker gives me the ability to keep up with the name of the pattern, whether it is a current or future project, who made the pattern, hook size, gauge, and yarn. I also made sure to include a notes section. Although I don’t usually use notes sections, I figured just in case. I can also keep the size of the pattern in the notes.
For example, the Winnie the Pooh blanket I am working on is 265 stitched by 831 rows. When I am done with the blanket, I can notate how big the blanket actually is in feet and inches. Which can be helpful when I am designing my own patterns. So cool, right! Can you tell I am in love with the Project Tracker? 🙂
But, hey! Don’t take my word for it. You can get your own digital copy of The Project Tracker and never have to worry about having trouble tracking your patterns again! When you get yours, share how you like it below in the comments! I LOVE hearing from you!
