I was supposed to put up an update every Wednesday on my work in progress project. Unfortunately, with everything going on, I was not able to do so last week. So, here I am! Are you ready for Winnie the Pooh Part 2?
Where I was:
In the last update, I had only made it to row 115. I have been working on Winnie the Pooh since July 5, 2019, so roughly almost 9 months. It’s crazy that I haven’t gotten farther along on this project than I have. But isn’t that the point of the work in progress?
Where I am now:
It’s sad to report that I have only gotten 3 rows completed in the 2 weeks since my last update. At this rate, it could be Christmas before I am done. It’s time to up my game, now that things have settled a little and I’ve found some sense of normalcy in these crazy times.
A little about the Winnie the Pooh Project:
The Winnie the Pooh pattern was created by Diana Gantt from the Facebook group Moonlight Emporium. The pattern calls for 38 different colors and will be 265 x 831 (sc) once finished. I am currently using my 7 hook which is 4.5 mm. Until I am completed with the pattern, I won’t know the exact measurements.
I am still loving this pattern and can’t wait until it’s complete. If I complete at least 10 rows a week, I could have the Winnie the Pooh graphgan completed around August 13, 2021. That is a long time, I know, but I think it will be worth it once it’s done. I’m going to have to try for more than 10 rows a week.
How many rows do you think I can get completed by the next update?
